About Southwest Community ServicesSouthwest Community Services, Inc. is a non-profit, human services agency with four separate and distinct divisions: Tinley Park Developmental Training Program, Employment Services and the Southwest Therapy & Rehabiliation Services (STARS). Each division serves a different population including developmentally disabled adults, mentally disabled adults, children 0-3 years old with development delays and individuals with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular disorders.
