Bogard Specialized Services
Bogard Specialized Services is a part time program providing individual support
services to persons with developmental disabilities who reside in nursing facilities.
Services are determined by the persons' Individual Care Plan and are provided on-site
and off-site in the community. Individuals become more
independent, self-sufficient, self-reliant and are able to achieve their fullest potential
through the skills acquired in this program.
Bogard Specialized Services is closed to new enrollees; individuals have been specifically
designated to receive services based upon the Bogard Consent Decree lawsuit.
